Healthcare is a difficult environment for lone workers. With the support of this programme, learners will understand what constitutes lone working, be able to recognise the additional hazards that arise from lone working, understand the need to follow specific control measures to protect themselves and their service users while lone working and the steps that they need to take to keep themselves safe.

This Level 2 course is designed for all staff, including paid or voluntary staff who may come into contact with adults at risk.
